Well done to everyone that came to the lake today. We hope you all enjoyed the training session. If you have any other question feel free to drop me an e-mail.
I will be sending out an e-mail Thursday evening with parking direction. It should be the Premier Inn car park on the right hand side away from the Hotel. There are toilets in the Beacon Pub. Sorry but we don’t have toilets on site.
New for 2018 we will be holding a familiarization (coaching )day on Saturday the 2nd June.
It will be from 10am to 1pm. There will be a 20% discount if you are taking part in the Bridge Triathlon or Midnight Man. Just e-mail us and we will send you the discount code.
We will have 2 Triathlon coaches on site going over all parts of the race.
There will also be a physiotherapist you can talk to about any problems you may be having.
They will also cover open water swim training and you will also be able to swim in the lake.

We will also take you round the run course.
You will also be able to ask any question you may have about both the Bridge Triathlon and the Midnight Man.
