Another successful open-water event from 2011 now back for a second year.

• Dates: 3rd June 2012

• Distance: 1500 m or 3800 m swim

• Cost: £20 for the 1.5k and £25 for the 3.8k

The first ever Dartford open water swimming race took place in 2011. Following on from its success we are going to do it again for 2012.

There will be two separate distance races. The first will be a 1500 metre race followed by a 3800 metre race for the more experienced open water swimmer.

The swim will take place in the South Lake at The Bridge. Wetsuits are compulsory.

Car parking is free and a short stroll to registration and the start.

PLEASE NOTE: Swimming is forbidden in the lakes on The Bridge at any time other than for events or during authorised Open Water Swim training sessions. Any person found swimming in the lakes on The Bridge is committing an act of Trespass, will be asked to leave and will be barred from site and disqualified from all future events at The Bridge.
