Parking will be by the container.
The race limited is 40 due to water safety.
Registration will open at 6.00pm and we will start at 7.00pm.
Please note we don’t have toilets on site.
There will be a registration as you turn up.
There will be a short race brief before you enter the water to go over water safety.
There will be a changing tent.
This year they will be running a GOTri event as will.
To take part in the Aquathlon you must have swam open water before and you must wear a swimming wet suit.
You will be asked to sign a race waver form before the race to confirm this.

Yes you can enter on the night for all races. Please try and get there in good time to get changed.
All race will start at 7.30pm from the same place as last year. Follow the arrows to the race start. Park in the Premier Inn Car park as you come onto the site from the M25. Please park over the back on the right hand side away from the Hotel.
Registration opens at 6.30pm and the race will start at 7.30pm.
An Aquathlon consists of a continuous two stage race, involving swimming followed by running.
Sorry but you will need to have done open water swimming before you can take part in this race. You will also need to wear a bright swimming cap.
If you feel unwell before the event please don’t race.
Due to safety issues all 2018 races will be wet suit swims only. You can only use an official swimming wet suit not a Surfing or Diving wet suit If the
If you get into difficulty during the swim roll on to your back and raise one arm.Someone will come to your aid.
The one lap open water 650m swim takes place in the south lake followed by a three lap 5.8km run around the lakes. We have kept it to this distance so you can fit it into your midweek training schedule.
Please take care when you exit the lake as the ground will be wet and slippery.
Car parking is in the Beacon Pub is free and a short stroll to registration and the start. If you get chance pop into the pub and have a drink before you go home

PLEASE NOTE: Swimming is forbidden in the lakes on The Bridge at any time other than for events or during authorised Open Water Swim training sessions. Any person found swimming in the lakes on The Bridge is committing an act of Trespass, will be asked to leave and will be barred from site and disqualified from all future events at The Bridge.
