Please keep of the road at all times as the buses will still be running.

Thank you all for entering the 5th Dartford Bridge 10k.

We have just uploaded the 2015 Run course to the web site.

Due to the size of the race we have gone back to the old run course. This is 2 full laps around the whole site. At the end of the 2nd lap you will then run one small lap around the south lake.

There will be a water table that you will run past twice at 4k and 8k. Please can you try and put your cups in the 2 black bins as you run pass them.

Race numbers will be given out when we close for entries later this week. All names will be in alphabetical order with your race number on a board at registration.

Registration will open at 8am and will close at 9.45am for the 10k and 11.15am for the fun run.

There will be 3 registration tables for you to go to depending on your race number. You will then pick up a timing chip from table 4.

The race will start about 200 meters from the finish. You will be called forward 15 minutes before the race will start. The run is all on pavement but you will be crossing some roads. There will be marshals at this point to look after you but please take care at all times.

If you live on the Bridge site can you please let us know as we are giving out a first Male and Female trophy for a local resident?

There is also a corporate race taking place between some of the Business on the site this year for the first time.

All finishers will receive a bespoke finisher’s medal. There will be an onsite engraver that will be able to add your finishing time to the back of the medal.

There will also be 2k Fun run for children that will start at 11.30am. This will be one lap around the south lake. There will be a marshal at every turn to keep an eye on the children running. If your child is under 8 we would advise the parents to run with their child.

We are sponsoring this race so all money taken will be donated to the local Primary School.

There will be a pr-race and post-race massage available to the right of registration. Our normal posh coffee wagon will also be on site.

There will also be 6 porter loos on site that will be to the left of registration.

We would also like to thank Crosswater and Sainsbury’s for allowing us to use their car parking area. Can you please make sure you do not leave any rubbish behind in the car parks?

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

See you all Sunday done be late.

Only 12 places left for this years race.

We are trying to sort out more parking so we can take more entry’s. If you can car share that would help.

The good news is there will also be no price increase for the 5th year running. The race is limited to 300 entries.

The race will start at 10am and will all be run on a 12 foot wide pavement. Please keep to the left hand side at all times.

It is a very flat and fast run course with a mixed ability taking part.

We will also be holding 1.8k children’s and adults fun run after the main race for the first time. This will start at 11.30am and entries will be on the day.

There is a fast track Bus service that runs from Dartford and from Bluewater. This will drop you at registration.
